Your service was great. My first didge so not sure what to expect. The finish seemed to be quite rough with lots of grit or something in the finish coating, maybe this is the way it is supposed to be? Please don't get me wrong, just being honest. How does "ah966" compare with your other didjes on price, sound quality and value?
I have one cheapie plastic C sound and a large bell, easy to play and sounds good but not aboriginal made which is important to me. I have to others that I made and decorated myself, just to see of I could do it. Sound not bad, made out of ABS. I'm retired and on a fixed income so unfortunatly can't aford a really good one that I would like.

I was the gift recipient of the didj and am filling this survey out in place of the several people who actually shopped for and ordered it. Like: Very nice sound. Because some of your questions are related to the purchaser and some to the user, it was difficult for us to tell which would best fill this out, but decided most questions were more relevant to user than purchaser, so I'm the guy. That said, some of my "purchaser" answers may be a bit irrelevant.

It is on par with the other didjshop didjes, all of which are far more expensive than the other didjes I own, but the sound quality of didjshop didjes is so superior that I never play my other didjes anymore.

This didj is simple and elegant in appearance and has a deep and resonant tone... as it's my very first didj (I've only been playing for a couple of months) it'll most likely forever be my favorite... though first in a long line I'm sure...

Your service has been wonderful and your website is incredibly informative... especially to a newbie like myself... the didj seems to play very well and shows no sign of cracking etc. even @ 6000ft. high in the rocky mtns.
