Price was high given quality. My other didj's are somewhat nicer, made by named artists and about the same price.

I have one other Australian Aboriginally-made didj, painted and with bark still on the bell-end (although rated for beginners, nowhere near concert quality); rather partial to the beauty of bark left on the eucalyptus; the am503 is gorgeous, with very careful workmanship throughout, making it a beautiful piece of craftsmanship; couldn't make it respond to me at first (much higher quality than I was used to), the didj itself told me when I got it right by even surprising myself with the deep rumble and natural reverb quality! "Pleased" doesn't come close to what I'm feeling!

As I said, the workmanship is a fine-looking didj with a satisfying feel to the piece! Service....I don't think I could have gotten MYSELF from your place to mine faster than it took the didj!
