Needed a performance didge in a specific key. Like artwork, very straight, good for performance. Volume is less than graded but it's on an amplifier so doesn't matter, backpressure is disappointingly lower than graded (another didge player commented same without prompting) , sound quality clarity and resonance are very good. Key is flat off E and that affected performance with other instruments, but that's better than sharp as we might be able to slightly shave the length to fine-tune it to concert pitch. Overall despite the minor backpressure and key issues it was very good value for money and works in the live performance show for which it was intended.

The quality is very good, which is to say was very good. unfortunately i left it in the car when i went through the outback. it couldn't stand the heat and cracked a little. what i didn't like too much was that it is really hard to play...

It is light weight and was an easy didj to learn on. I disliked the cracking in the wood after a year or so

I have looked in other places for an instrument of this type, and was basically 'unimpressed'... but when I went to the Didjshop web site and explored the various pages relating to the instrument I was convinced of the quality and true craftsmanship of any instrument I chose.
